2. How involved are you throughout the planning journey?
Fully. I’m with you from day one through the final farewell. I develop the vision, oversee the logistics, manage the budget, lead your creative team, anticipate issues before they happen, and guide you through every major decision.

3. What does your communication style look like?
Direct, warm, and always accessible. I keep you informed without overwhelming you, and I step in the moment something needs my attention. You never have to chase me down. You will have an unlimited amount of phone calls from day one up until the end of your wedding day.

6. How do you choose the vendors we work with?
I curate a lineup of creative partners specifically for your wedding: designers, florists, photographers, stylists, musicians, and more based on who fits your taste and who can execute at the level required. Your event determines the team, not the other way around.

7. Do you work with outside vendors, or only your preferred partners?
You always work with my trusted creators, the professionals I know deliver excellence. I tailor the team to your event using my diverse, vetted network, ensuring everyone involved is aligned with the luxury experience you’re expecting. All events are produced in partnership with my established creative teams only, at this time.

8. Do we ever work with anyone besides you?
No. You work with me and only me. You’ll never be passed to another planner, coordinator, or junior team member. Your wedding never leaves my hands.

9. Will you negotiate contracts and manage vendor communication?
Yes. I review, negotiate, and manage every vendor contract and conversation so you don’t have to. You get clarity, protection, and peace of mind.

10. Can you help with styling, fashion, or overall aesthetic direction?
Absolutely. I assist with wardrobe coordination, design cohesion, color direction, and anything that contributes to the overall visual atmosphere of your wedding.

11. Do you plan the entire wedding weekend or just the wedding day?
I plan everything: the welcome party, rehearsal dinner, cultural ceremonies, after-parties, brunches, excursions, and any events surrounding the wedding itself. The whole weekend should feel cohesive, not pieced together.

12. Do you help with post-wedding gatherings or recovery events?
Yes. Send-off brunches, pool days, family luncheons, or anything you envision. If it’s part of your weekend, I manage it.

13. What role do you play during wedding week?
I’m everywhere you need me: site visits, vendor walkthroughs, installations, styling moments, timeline reviews, rehearsal leadership, and on-site oversight from start to finish.

14. How do you handle the actual wedding day?
I direct the entire event: vendors, timing, transitions, guest flow, unexpected issues, styling touch-ups, and all behind-the-scenes orchestration. My goal is for you to feel present, calm, and cared for. A calm, beautifully run experience. I’m the first to arrive and the last to leave, leading the full team. You get to be present, relaxed, and immersed.

15. Can you manage guest needs like transportation, room blocks, or hospitality?
Yes. I coordinate arrivals, transportation schedules, accommodations, welcome gifts, hospitality touches, and VIP needs so your guests feel effortlessly taken care of.

Yes. I plan destination weddings across the U.S. Whether you're dreaming of the mountains, the desert, the coast, or a destination abroad, I manage all logistics with the same level of precision.

17. Will you help us understand Las Vegas destination rules (permits, outdoor restrictions, Red Rock limits, etc.)?
Absolutely. Las Vegas and surrounding regions have specific guidelines for outdoor spaces, scenic areas, and resort properties. I handle all permits, approvals, agency communication, and local regulations so everything is compliant, protected, and properly executed.

18. What if we haven’t chosen a venue yet?
I guide you through everything: scouting, recommendations, tours, contract reviews, and identifying the best spaces for your style and guest count. I have access to both iconic properties and hidden gems.

19. Will you attend site visits and walkthroughs?
Yes. I’m present at key walkthroughs, layout reviews, installation setups, and all critical planning moments, whether in Las Vegas or halfway across the country.

20. Can you help with travel coordination?
I assist with travel logistics for the couple & wedding party and, as needed, though your guests are typically responsible for booking their own flights, I ensure everyone has the information they need.

Your investment depends on location, complexity & scope of work, and the number of weekend events. After our initial consultation, I create a proposal tailored to your celebration. Final investment varies as details evolve throughout the entire planning process.

27. How far in advance should we reserve your date?
Most couples reserve their date 6 –18 months in advance, particularly for destination locations or multi-day wedding weekends. If your timeline is shorter, you’re still welcome to reach out. I review every inquiry personally. When your date, vision, and standards align with mine, I will always explore the possibility of making it work.
